Anyone know if Rapid Revision Maths, Chemistry and Physics are good? I am hoping to buy one of them but just in case it's a waste of money I wanted to ask you guys if you find them helpful.

I think the Biology Essential Exam Revision one (has a red cover) is excellent.

I used the Rapid Revision Chemistry occasionally. Its well laid out but from what I can remember its not that consise, making your own notes from the book would probably be just as good.

I heard that the Chemistry one was good but now that you tell me that it's not concise I'll continue using notes. Would you know anything about the Maths one?

See if you can borrow it from a friend or even flick through it in a shop to see what you think...different things work for different people! ;)

Somehow I managed to read the maths in your OP as biology...:o Sorry! Didn't use a revision book for maths.

I find RR Chemistry brilliant. It has everything done really well apart from Bohr's Theory.

I will go check the Maths and Chemistry one if it's available in Easons but I don't think they have the revision books at this time of the year. The only time I seen they had school books was around April - September.

Actually it's fine because the Rapid Revision Maths hasn't been updated yet since the new Project Maths course so it won't really be useful.
