Sweet William and Stocks Overwintering

    I bought some of the above by mailorder at the end of September and potted them on into trays and kept in a cloche since. They are now about 3 inches tall and I would like to know if its too late to plant out, my garden is soaking. If it is too late, can I overwinter them outside in the trays in the cloche?
