Apparently all in the PS overpay over the course of the year, I think it's either the pension or income levy.

Essentially the Government get an interest free loan from the PS for a year. They then pay it back..... and tax the amount returned.

Clever bit of accounting dontcha think

Yes, fill it out and bang it off to revenue. They normally have something back to you within 14 working days.
