    Dodgy one..
    Usually if you authorize a payment it cannot be undone.
    I had huge hassle with a car hire company in the UK
    Big headache

    Yes it can but generally for goods not received. If it is not as advertised it really is a dispute with the seller. You could call your bank and see if a chargeback is possible. They would be able to give you good answer.
