I know this make sound mad, but over the past months i had a feeling that i had a leak when it rains...asked a friends and was dismissed......Last year i had a few leaks in a pipe outside in the shed where i store my washing machine and sink...Got them fixed and floor retiled...but after that i was noticing that the cement around the tiles looked damp...but no sign of water..but the past few months i seem to have wet patch just outside the shed.....but only when it rains...no sign of anything in a dry spell....any advice what to do...plumber or drains person....
