Recently the guidelines changed about this cough and cold medicine. It says on the box suitable for age 2 to 12. Now it can't be given to under 6's. I had given it to my kids before guidelines changed and found it affective. I.m just wondering what changed. Is it now dangerous? I've searched internet but no real explanation other than that it apparently doesn't work (which is not true). Has anyone out there any other info on this?
