Approx €180 for pads and disks supplied and fitted in an independent garage IMO..

We would charge €170-200 depending on whether it has 280mm or 288mm front brakes. That would be for good quality aftermarket discs and pads such as Pagid, Jurid, Brembo, Ferodo, not cheapo crap.

Yep I'd say around 170e 180e that's what my rate would be as well for top spec parts

Without sounding patronizing, are you sure your discs need to be replaced?

A couple of years ago I went into a Quick Fit for new pads and the stupid young fella told me that when you get brake squeak and screech you need to change both the discs and the pads. My response was "Get the f-ing car down from there now" and I duly drove off. Your discs would only need replacing if they're grinding (not squeaking), if they're scored on the surface, or you're getting some serious vibration or push back when you push the pedal.

Some mechanics rip young wans off in a bad way with things like that.

    Incorrect information.

Disks have a manufacturer specified minimum thickness. When they wear to this minimum they need to be changed.

Obviously if they are scored or warped they will need replacing too.
