    Hi,
Anyone know where I can buy this from ?
Want to deep fry cheese but don't want the bigger chunk breadcrumbs you get in the supermarket. Would Semolina be an alternative?
    Thanks,

Panko breadcrumbs could be a good idea too

    Or make your own:

Dry out some slices of bread in a lowish oven til they are kind of crispy but not browned, then whizz them in the food processor.
