Help with training programme

    Hi Everyone,

    Just need a bit of help to get a training programme together.
    Basically i just want to tone up a bit and need to get a weights regime in place.
    At the moment i usually just do 3 sets of 12 with the weight increasing with each set.
    I don’t want to put on any more weight so i was thinking of doing 3 sets of 16, all of the same weight. I think i saw this somewhere as a way to tone up.
    Ill be doing 30 min cardio each day and my diet will be improved from what it is now.
    If anyone can advise on what weight programme to follow i be much obliged.
