Ireland Ten Year Bond Rate

    Does anyone know where you can view Ireland's ten-year bond rate online.
    I normally use Bloomberg. (Link here http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/quote?ticker=GIGB10YR:IND)
    However it has been stuck on 8.207 since 11 October. I have emailed Bloomberg but have received no response. A google search keeps coming back to Bloomberg.
    Is there anywhere else where you can check the bond rate online or do I need to use some paid-for service?
