Covers As Gaeilge

    So I was listening to the Coronas Heroes & Ghosts as gaeilge and was lead to various other song covers sang in Irish and I was wondering does anyone know a decent performers/ bands that do this? It is nice to listen to familiar music in our language :)

    If you're looking for people doing covers specifically then I don't know of many. There are a few bands that do their own songs in Irish though.

    Search "TG Lurgan" on YouTube and you'll get a bunch of cover songs :)

    There are a good few, There has been a CD brought out every year since 2005 with music as Gaeilge. You can get them on the Conradh na Gaeilge website.

    If your interested, why not have a listen to Raidio Rí Rá, its a chart raidio station as Gaeilge.
