    Hi there,

You could commission someone to make it for you...or bring the lyrics (if you have them) to a framers who will mount them on the correct paper required etc and frame it too!

Depending on what the song's about, you could embellish the lyrics with e.g. pressed flowers/leaves, pictures of hearts/lovers or whatever.
You could do the lyrics and/or pictures on the computer and print onto fancy paper but add some textured detail afterwards for the handmade look (a bit of ribbon or something).
Or, to keep it simple, print onto plain paper and tear along the edges a little, then rub the edges with a used teabag (slightly damp) to give an antique look. You could also mist gently with water and then sprinkle all over with coffee granules for a speckled look.

It really depends on whether you want it to look antique, funky, edgy, "handmade with love" or whatever your style (and song style) is.

Can you get access to the music notes for the song?

If so a few things you could do make it vintage ... like this
    http://www.ehow.com/how_4897387_make-sheet-music-look-vintage.html

You could also take the music notation and emboss or quill some of the notes to give it a second Dimension

    for example

    or
    23509730103.jpg
Using a couple of quill notes over existing music notes - take a look at
The Art of Paper Quilling by Claire Sun-OK Choi on google books

I am sure you can get these made up
Otherwise get a music note paper puncher and stick black notes these on

Stick it in a deep Frame (with Glass)

Sorry I can visualise it my head but I cant find it anywhere on Google images :o
