So following my last AH thread of black poop i have being into hospital and kept in and was let out recently.

Bleeding internally as result of an ulcer. (still bleeding) and feeling dizzy and tired all the time.
Excess acid from the lower part of my throat right to my small intestine
and to top it all off H.Pylori.

That was a result from black poop !

as a result i am on many different medications.

but i also have to change my diet. YAY ! :pac:

    Healthy stuffs only.

so far today i've had a brown bed sandwich with ham, turkey and cheese (all cold)

roll with mayo, Cold chicken, cold bacon and cheese

i've also drank about 3 litres of water already today.

So AH'ers ... I shall be in the town later and will need dinner before work. Where do i go and what do i get ?

all to keep me healthy !

To be honest you're not really eating healthily. You should be laying off the processed stuff as much as you can.

    Are you taking supplements too?

If you're around town then I'd suggest the goats cheese salad in the Church. Nom. (If you're in Dublin, but sure everyone is!).

Mayo is also a bad option if you have an ulcer.

And very little that you ate today was healthy.

Find out what you can and can't eat and plan for it man, the whole ulcer will be a lot handier if you get strict on the food, should help it to clear up a lot quicker.

I know it's a pain in the hole, i can't eat wheath, gluten or dairy, which basically cuts out ever eating anything than what i make myself again but **** it, it's better than feel like ****.

    Principal Proposed Natural Treatments

Probiotics are bacteria that are healthy for you. The most famous probiotic is Lactobacillus acidophilus , found in yogurt. There are many other probiotics as well. Evidence suggests that various probiotics in the Lactobacillus family can inhibit the growth of H. pylori . 24-27,51 While this effect does not appear to be strong enough for probiotic treatment to eradicate H. pylori on its own, preliminary studies, including several small, double-blind trials, suggest that probiotics may help standard antibiotic therapy work better, reducing side effects, and improving the rate of eradication.

Caesar Salad, while being very tasty, is about as healthy for you as a big mac. The dressing would definitely come into the bracket of "bad for you"

You can have plenty. You need to educate yourself nutritionally.

No no no. I was pointing out the benefits of the yoghurt.

If you had a salad without the dressing, it'd be fine. It's just the dressing that wouldn't agree with you.

Wholegrain breads, fresh salads, boiled vegetables, grilled meat, cold meat off the bone, grilled fish, baked or boiled potatoes (instead of fried or mashed), brown rice would all be things that would be, in general, good for you.

If you crave sauces, try cherry tomatoes, halved in a pan with a bit of olive oil, parsley and salt. Heat them and pulp them up. Add pepper, and honey or mustard to get your desired taste. That's a lovely abs fairly healthy sauce right there. Lots of other similar ways to make healthy stuff taste great.

That's a rake of ailments you have tbh, you must be under quite a bit of distress. HAve you spoken to a Pharmacist about the medication? I'd be worried about certain foodstuff aggrevating what's going on in your insides.

the chemist person told me about the medication between Penicillin, nexium and something else

i was told how to take them but the only food advice i was given was to avoid spicey crap like curries and all.
