If it's using the Sony Bravia Internet service then TV3 should be there already. AFAIK you cannot add services like 4OD. You can only use what Sony give you which is a shame.

Hi, sorry for piggy backing on this tread:(, but I'm currently looking at buying a Smart Blue Ray Player. Either Samsung or a Sony.
I already have 2 x Samsung Lcds (one with USB media input & digital tuner)
    Have eircom broadband.

Im confused as to whether I should just get a media player or go with the Smart Blue Ray Player? (will also need to purchase a wi-fi dondle?)

What do I want to do?
    Watch/play downloaded movies and media
Access online media - Youtube, Skype (if possible)
Use I-players (RTE, TV3, BBC etc)
Argos & Power city have the blu rays
    for about €120.

    Any suggestions? Thanks

does anyone know if you can add any other apps on to the player or are you left with the ones you get.I've been on the sony website but it doesn't say anything about adding on other applications.

Hi Moonsish - how do you find the Sony?
As I have a Samsung I was considering the Samsung BD, but I think the Sony has more Internet servies on it.
Are you using a Wi Fi dongle? Which one & how do you find it?
