    Gonna start keeping a log here to keep track my progress.

    I started crossfit on the 3rd of October and am training 3 or 4 times a week Mon, Wed, Fri and the odd olympic lifting class on Sat. Didn't have much weightlifting experience so it was all new to me.

    I'm 34, 61kg and 5'6".

    Today's session,

    Deadlift
    5x 40kg
    4x 50kg
    3x 55kg
    2x 60kg
    3x5x 67.5kg (felt good tonight):)

    Good morning, 5 x 20kg, 10x3 22.5kg

    Met Con,
    12 minutes AMRAP
    100 skips (struggled through the last round)
    20m walk lunges (these where a killer, quads where in bits):eek:
    10 hand release pus ups.

    I managed 6 rounds, happy enough with that.
