    What exercise do you do?

I was joined a gym for a few years but since I've been moving around a bit over the past two years I don't want to be tied to going to the gym in once place.

I've been going for one hour walks a day (30 mins when I'm being lazy  ) and then about two hours at the weekend. I don't seem to be able to get back into running like I used to. I was also an avid cyclist but because I'm living in London at the moment I'm not cycling due to being a big scaredy cat of the mental roads :o

I used to do pay as you go Pilates classes or gym classes - most places do them and there is so much choice nowadays... you could also join a cycle club and train with them at the weekends - safety in numbers :)

Sorry but what exactly is Pilates? Saw it advertised in local paper :)
Me and a few friends meet up for a 30 min walk a few times a week!

OP, there's plenty of GAA clubs in London, would that interest you? I always find training with a team is much better than hitting the gym on your own

Ya those are two great ideas actually- cycling groups and gaa clubs. I 'd be afraid of gaa though cos I haven't played it in years, I'm after getting rusty at it :-O
