Hey Guys My brother has set up a pet shop and grooming parlor

    http://www.facebook.com/chasesgroomingparlour

Can you please advise on how he can go about registering his company as he is really worried of the Tax man as the shop is relatively new (2 months)

How Or what does he need to do so he can have everything above board.

    www.cro.ie

It really depends on what type of company he wants - limited, unlimited, sole trader etc. The above site is the Companies Regististration Office and provides info and forms to register. You can also go through a company formations service like

    http://www.iccformations.ie/

He could go through a solicitor either but that would probably be expensive

    good luck

    OP,

Do you mean registering for tax with Revenue or Setting up a limited liability company?

The first is a simple task - make contact with Revenue or download a TR1 form. The second is a more complicated affair, but can be done by yourself or get a formation company (google will help here).
