Also came across "Win Luxury Watches", an online watch tombola. You buy a number between 1-1000 for your chosen watch (currently a Panerai Luminor Marina, Tag Heuer Monaco or Patek Phillipe Aquanaut) and when all 1000 numbers have been sold the winning number is chosen at random.

I don't know how legitimate or reputable this is - maybe someone else has come across it or knows more - but I do quite fancy that Aquanaut!

strap came today. with a **** load of literature about their watches. no harm in fairness. kinda feel guilty if i dont spend 1500 euro with them now

I'm afraid there is nothing about the 12mm wide piece of cheap woven plastic they sent me that would persuade me to spend any money with them - the accompanying brochure has some useful information about the calibres they use. I already have a high opinion of their watches but if I had no previous exposure to the company this freebie would probably make me run a mile.

So like the rest of you, my "strap" came in the post yesterday. I dont know what it would be used for (collar for a cat or small dog maybe) but I did like the reading material that came with it.
