heavy cream = ? double, whipping, fresh?

    hi, does anyone know what the equivolent of heavy cream in america is here? is it the same as regular fresh cream, double cream or whipping cream?

    I am using it to make chocolate truffles...

    Heavy cream is double cream, as far as I know.
