80's/Madonna-esque clothes

I need an 80's/Maddona-esque costume for Saturday night. Any idea where the best place to look for cheap clothes and accessories? Is the 80's fashion still in the shops? I haven't seen anything neon in a while :)

It's all in the accessories. Get yourself a prom dress of some sort, full skirt and bodice. Then accessorize!

Then for your hair, crimp the frick out of it, with a side parting and a big bow. For makeup, look for some luminous eyeliner, and maybe matching nail polish. For shoes, go as daring as you can, bold bright colours, would look amazing if your prom dress was black. Funky tights would be nice too, or back seamed. Penneys have loads of cool patterned tights, even opaque black ones, faux back seam with little bows.
