A lot of my menu options are now greyed out, including the ability to tune.

    Any ideas?

I retuned my Humax Foxsat to get the new CH4 HD frequency. It's now at 11126MHz V 22000 2/3 and I'm only getting 2 days info in the EPG for CH4 HD. Anyone else have this problem?

I haven't checked today but last evening by C4HD EPG hadn't fully populated either - I think people over on DS were reporting the same issue.

Curious, I have the Channel 4HD on 11127 V 22000, maybe this small difference is responsible?

It will be resolved soon enough.

Usually means your box is doing something like recording a programme, or about to record a programme, and won't let you do anything to interfere with it happening.

Is there a way of inputting the frequency manually for Freesat mode? I tried it using Software Update > Manual Update and inputting the frequencies posted here but all got was a pop up telling me no new software was found.

On my Feaguson Ariva 120 HD (FTA box) you can manually add or delete Transponders, I had to add TP 11127 V 22000 in order to get CHN4 HD, I notice that your box is a Humax Freesat box, so I guess that's a different beast. Hopefully other Humax Foxsat owners will come to the rescue.

    Good luck.

I noticed my Humax box had auto-retuned C4HD last night to the new 1N frequency, I'm now getting 100% signal and 100% quality on C4HD which is significantly better than the rain-encumbered TP it was on before :)

@Technique, try doing a Freesat Tune (the one where you enter your *ahem* postcode) (W1A 1AA FTW!) and it should give you the new C4HD frequency automatically.

I have an Ariva meself upstairs ;) The Humax is populating the full EPG now so it sorted itself out on its own as excollier eluded to :D
