Hi guys, as per the title - I sing traditional Irish songs, Luke Kelly, Christy Moore etc but don't play any instrument. I would love to get a small group of two or three and go do some start off gigs and see where it goes from there. What I am looking for is someone who can play trad music on the guitar, fiddle, whistle or something along those lines. I'm from the southeast and am young (ish)!! Let me know if anyone is interested! Thanks! :D

Do you have anything online? I play quite a lot of trad and would love to get involved

The only trady piece I have on youtube is on the dobro

Thanks for the replies guys - I am very new to this so have nothing online yet but I will make a recording tomorrow and will post it up for you to take a look. I will record maybe a song called The Mero or else maybe the Springhill Mining Disaster. Are you familiar with those? Those two just popped into mind, as I sang them over the weekend at a sing song. Anyway, thanks again for the interest and I will be in touch.

    Bump!

Anybody out there interested in getting something going? Would absolutely love to get a little group going. I am very enthusiastic about this! Just recorded this version of the Auld Triangle in the last few days and stuck it up on youtube. Eager to hear any feedback, positive or otherwise!

    Thanks!

Not trad music whatsoever but 3 of our members live in Carlow and we're looking for a new singer. Hit us up if you're interested.
