As the title some people are still livin in 2006. Would any fool spend money on a €5 draw to win such a prize? Serious question. The bank would probably have a coronary if they thought I'd left the country or send me even more letters if they thought I had cash for shopping trip.

No, I would not buy five Euro ticket. I'd rather give the money direct to a charity who don't hire chuggers.
