The time switch in my hot press which actually works the heating system has the casing cracked on it now, it still works but could do with changing I think.

It is an apt timeswitch and I have priced a replacement which is identical. I want to fit it myself, so my question is , if I switch off the mains power in the house, should it be save to work on this then?

    thanks
