So I've bought sausages from a farmers market, which are 90%meat (and taste it too) very little fat is coming out from them when cooked even with the sausage splitting.

I have started adding up my calories for the day to see where I'm at but when it comes to these sausages I've no idea how many calories they are, they seem to be about 45g(although further down the pack they're looking smaller) uncooked weight. Tried looking for nutritional info on them and I've gotten very different results looking online.

I have found this Asda Extra Special 90% British Pork Sausages I'm guessing that's not properly added in since protein is 0g. Just under 200calories seems excessive but I'm really not sure, it also doesn't say the size/weight of them.

It's a complete guess no matter what really - but the listing in the link seems as good as any other to work from.
