Does anyone know how you apply to busk in Kilkenny? Is it just a case of turning up and playing away?

Don’t want to be specific but some of the people are really bad and I don’t think they should be allowed play unless they have proved they are able to hold some sort of tune

I phoned the CC during the summer as my daughter wanted to busk. You don't need a licence but the gardaí can move you along for loitering but generally don't.
