Hi All,

Hope ye can help me....

Im using Word 2007 and Im trying to enter information into an organisational chart using smart Art.

Everything is grand with inserting it but I have alot of different roles to enter into the chart and the further I go down the more mucked up the chart looks.. I tried to resize the squares and I can fix one but it messes up all the other ones and they look tiny.
Ive tried when in the format tab resizing but it dosent work either and I can barely see the text that I have typed because the stupid thing keeps resizing!! I have tried locking & unlocking the aspect ratio... Any ideas where I am going wrong??? Please help:(
