Xperia play game downloading issues

I,ve been having issues with downloading the xperia plays free games, basically when i download the data file packet (2-500mb) the status bar hits 100% and does nothing then. If i try do anything else the system looses the data or over rights the original packet and starts downloading again. I persume the game is supposed to install itself when the download is complete but it just does nothing
Any idea people ?

Hi Havent noticed this myself,but any of the games i have had to get the aditional files for sometimes it can take about 30 sec to load initaly,try leaving the file to download but hit no buttons leave for 1 min,hope it works for you because it is a great handset:D

Try settings, applications, manage applications touch the ALL tab scroll to bottom touch xperia play, force stop, then clear data and clear cache if it has any data.
Exit to home screen and restart xperia play try dl again

I've managed to get dead space & Need for speed loaded. The issue is just with the final piece of installiation post downloading....looked online and havent found any real solutions. Some other post i did find pointed toward a software update, going to try updating to 2.3.4 or whatever is availavble

My wifi & data tho do seem to be dropping a lot. no sure if thsats due to lousy 3 pre pay or dodgy eircom home BB. Im not too concerned either way, going loading up a load of emulators when i get a chance.

just a quick update, i've upgraded to android 2.3.4 & manged to download all the other games with no issues since
