Belling Freezer - doors freezing over

Hello, I purchased a Belling Freezer last week, the doors seem to be frozen over, the food too is frozen more than normal. The food in the sealed containers has a frost particle covering. I have set the freezer strength at 2.5 on a scale of 1-5. Any advice out there?
