problem with channel 4 and bbc4

To night BBC 4 went blank on me so went to installation and entered 10803 H in tp scan and got it back but then channel 4 was gone so repeated tp scan with 10714 and got that back but BBC4 disappeared again. Whats my problem. The box is a silvercrest Lidl box
