car accident

    Hi,
    not sure if this is a consumer issue and cant find anywhere else to post this,but today a guy in the college bumped into my car,there is a small but noticeable dent on my front bumper. now the guy who bumped into me seems fairly reasonable and gave my his number.i have got a quote for the repair,now what do i do next??bf told me to go on to boards and seek advice so anyone out there that can help it would be great.

    Give guy a call and let him know the quote. If he starts messing you about just ring his insurance company and report the issue and give them the details of the quote and garage. They will deal with it from there.

    You said you got his number, did you get his insurance details from his wind screen?
