Can anybody tell me if there is a club or gym in Dublin that specialise in kettlebells and bodyweight workouts. Im not talking about a weekly class but something like a crossfit club but only using KB and BW excercises.
Also, inspired by the guy in another thread who has arranged a strongman session this saturday, I will try the same tactic here.
Would anybody with an interest in the above like to meet up and do some training on the southside??

Wild Geese on Pearse Street are another option.

cmyk is a poster here who's a PT Southside and he does some KB classes as far as I know. I don't know if that's what you're looking for, but might be worth giving him a shout.

    Just a suggestion for a workout: http://www.t-nation.com/testosterone-magazine-630

Did it a couple of times with two 20kg KBs and nearly puked. It's ace.
