advice on which protein

o.k so i've been working out the last couple of months pretty regular. jogging one day and weights in the gym the next. usually have one day a week off. i'm 6'2", 90KG and i've gotten my bodyfat down from 19.4 to 16%. still have a good bit of fat to go

The results are because of the exact product. Its down to hard work. If anything, those three you posted are better products.
