    Given Nigerias appalling record for corruption at all levels , I reckon a few hundred dollars cash will take care of these ' fines '.

    Completely bizarre when you consider that Nigeria is a member of OPEC who's sole purpose seems to be to manipulate the price of oil (i.e. keep it as high as possible) through agreed production quotas!
