Two years ago I was a healthy 10 stone and ran cross country.
Last year I was 13 stone from eating fast food from working long hours during the summer and never never exercised.
I started to lose the weight at the being of this summer and since I've started back in college I'm getting back into old habits.

I'm starting this thread as a kind of progress report and a motivational journal. I'll make daily posts of exercise done and food/drink ingested. All advice and opinions are welcome. Positive or negative.

I know the regular posters in this forum are facepalming as I'm sure this story is a regular occurance, but if I've learnt anything for my unhealthy eating habits its, "If its worth doing its worth over doing"

    I'm 5'11 and currently weigh 88kgs.
