Savage Model 10 FCP - .308 cal.

Selling my Savage. Its described in detail below. She will shoot anything from 123 gr to 200 gr rounds, hunting or target, and one hole them all day long at 100 yards.

Bought new in January of this year, and new scope mounted in June. Have fired approx. 130 rounds, and there will be a few rounds going with her. Enought to keep you hunting for the rest of the season.:) The rifle is available for viewing any weekend at the midlands.

I've more pictures to follow shortly as i have a Karsten cheek riser on the rifle, and Hawke Sidewinder scope. The NF went back on my target rifle. So for those that asked the NF is not available. My apologies for any confusion.

Can it be threaded for a moderator?

I don't use a mod on it so its currently not threaded, but it can be done by any competent gunsmith.

Cheers for the quick reply. I'll keep this rifle in mind but for the time being I'm looking for one with a wooden stock and preferrably prethreaded for/including mod.

On that note. If you are buying prethreaded make sure the rifle comes with the mod it was threaded for. If you are going for a rifle such as mine that is not threaded then its best to have the mod you wish to use before seeking to have it threaded. Better results, and much better fit.
