    Hey lads

    can anyone direct me in the right way with solving this

    (cosh2x - cos2x) (cosh2x+ cos2x)
    x = 2

    I cant remember how its done at all bein a while

    Another way to do it would be to use formulas from here:

    [latex] \cos^2(A)=\frac{1}{2}(\cos(2A)+1) [/latex]

    [latex] \cosh^2(A)=\frac{1}{2}(\cosh(2A)+1) [/latex]

    So, [latex] \cosh^2(A) - \cos^2(A) = ??? [/latex]
