Sky Box stuck on "updating" screen

    Just a quick one, a friend of mine just rang me saying that her sky box is stuck on the updating screen and Sky want 100 euro to send someone out to fix it... anyone got any ideas on how to fix it?

    Ok she just took out the card and put it back in and its sorted now..... Her exact words were.. "I get to watch Jersey Shore tonight..." Kinda wish I didnt offer to help her now!

    But its gas, Sky wanted to charge €100 for someone to come out when this is all it needed........ Scumbags!!!
