Anyone know what they are currently like to work for?..Have an interview scheduled for next week for a position at their offices in Airton House, Tallaght and not sure what to expect?

Online Operations but even a general feel for the company or interview process would be appreciated

Hi Samba,

Is that for the online operations Grad role? I got through to the aptitude test part and felt they went alright, but I haven't heard anything yet so....

Edit: And if so when did you hear back from them?

Yes for the Grad role. Just going for the first interview next week. Is there many steps to the process??...

I don't think so, from what I can remember theres maybe one or two stages of interviews before the job offer. When did you hear back from them, hope they get onto me today! Am hoping its just because my surname is further down the alphabet....yeah....thats gotta be it.... >.>

I used to work for them. Very nice employer but I had to deal with problem gamblers all day (I worked in customer service) and their policy of dealing with problem gamblers (don't ask, don't tell) made me very uncomfortable and was the reason I eventually left.

They may have a different policy now. This was maybe 6 years ago.

I know two people who work or worked for them. Both thought they were great employers!

A friend of mine applied for a position with them a couple of weeks ago bu has heard nothing from them. Is that normal for them or should he get in contact to find out what is happening?
