First bit of weirdness i have noticed

Link can sit on the toilet and when he get up the toilet flushes:D But he cant wash his hands Yuk:eek:

I like the way you can sit down on benches and stools. Everyone enjoys a good sit down every now and then, especially after all that dashing!

I've played a couple of hours so far, having just finished the first dungeon.

Skyview Temple. Thought it was alright. Pretty straightforward. I was pretty stuck for a while on how to kill the hanging skulltulla at the two eyed chest. I just couldn't land the stab once I'd stunned them.

I also played whole dungeon without a shield as it broke in the first 3 minutes

The Demon Lord guy was creepy and it was a good fight. Every time he attacks, it's an opportunity to counter attack. I liked it a lot.

What I like most about this game so far, is that with everything single enemy (Except maybe the bats) You have to use their attacking movement against them.

I'll be away for a couple of weeks, so probably won't be able to get much further for a while.

Phew, thought this was gonna be full of spoilers! Felt safe coming in now that (I think!) I'm near the end!

What makes me love this game more than I expected to is the love for the entire series that has gone into the game, with lots of little (and one bloody massive!) nods to the older games in the series!

I don't get to play much:(, but I just got to the first dungeon and I'm hoping things are going to improve now. Am I the only one that found the start of the game to be so tedious? Way too much talking, and Zelda flirting with Link.... NO! Please tell me it gets better:mad:

Cheers, so its probably going to take me 80! as I am decidedly crap and continually get lost (well I have in previous Zeldas, doubt this will be any different!)

IGN gave this game a perfect 10/10. Same as Mario Galaxy 2.
GameSpot gave it a measly 7.5/10.

Metacritic, if critics opinions matter have quite a wide cross section of reviews, as I am sure you know. That might help with your decision.

Skyward Sword @ Metacritic

Out of 58 reviews, all bar 4 gave equivalent of 8/10 or better. All bar 10 gave it 9/10 or better. 24 gave it 10/10. Statistically more critics agree with IGN than GameSpot.
