Sure diving/feigning injury is coming into all sports now. Ref in the Munster game the wknd told POC that injured players were not to go down when there was line outs(as to slow the game down).

Christ in GAA we're told when going down to pick up a ball to fall at the slightest touch.Refs always give the free.

Ronaldo isn't bad at it either, but Van Persie has mastered the art.

I'm amazed that some people here can't see his foot getting stepped on. There is definite contact and it's clearly visible in the slow-mo.

However it doesn't look enough to knock him off his stride, yet the second he feels it he goes down theatrically. That's the main point.

So in my opinion there is contact but he still takes a dive as he didn't need to go down.

Olic trods on his foot I still think too many are looking for contact with the defender it's no. 18 Olic that makes th contact, it wasn't a dive.
And Kincsem that's beyond belief stupid I'm all for a ban, but you're basically removing peoples right to appeal, which is nonsensical.

It pretty clear he catches his foot. The second angle from behind the goal is to blurry to see but the side angle from the way Olic foot land is obvious he catches him.

A better quality video which should make the contact a bit more obvious.
