    I ordered something from a seller on ebay from Germany. The item was snet with Hermes in Germany. I have a tracking number that says it has been delivered to my address. It hasnt.

    Hermes UK apparently cannot help me.

    Who handles Hermes deliveries in Ireland?
    Who do I contact.
    Ive sent a email to the German Hermes and waiting on reply.

    I recall DPD handling a few Hermes Paket deliveries to me, the service was very poor.
    Hermes seems to be a type of franchise run from corner shops in Germany which works ok for internal but not internationally deliveries
    In view of my expierience when having articles sent from Germany I ask the sender not to use Hermes.

    It's a bit late to be asking for them not to use Hermes.
    Got reply back from the german Hermes today. They said it was actuall delivered to Kendrick on the 9th.
    Who or what is Kendrick?
    They said they cannot help further and to contact seller.

    It's really frustrating. Hermes are the worse crowd ever
