I am trying to look for this case, regarding the men who were convicted of manslaughter for being members of an enterprise where a man was killed, and I cannot seem to find the case.

The citation is (1966) 1 Frewen 304 and I have tried Baillii, Westlaw and Justis to no avail. Can someone direct me to where I may find it or provide me with a different citation. Thank you.

Frewen is the reports of the court of criminal appeal cases from 1924 to the 1980s or thereabouts. Don't think they are available online but every good college library has them. You can buy the reports themselves for about 15-20 euro from the law reporting council of Ireland if you're really stuck.
