I heard there was a multi faith service during President Michael D. Higgins' inauguration today. I didn't get to see it, and I'm just curious if there was any Muslim representation.

There was. Just read it in the Irish Times. It didn't say who, though.

Dr Nooh Al-Kaddo is the Chief Executive of the Islamic Cultural Centre of Ireland based at Clonskeagh. He is of Iraqi origin, and has been associated with the Cultural Centre for around 14 years.

There is an interesting article from the Irish Times from earlier this year that refers to the Cultural Centre in some detail, and notes how it has become the "officially recognised" manifestation of Islam from the point of view of the Irish government.
