Medical Card Reasonable expenses?

I have just filled out my med card review form online and it says that i am eligible for the card but the thing is I pay €25 a week for childcare but I don't pay a creche I pay my brother. I need the €25 deduction to qualify. Will they accept this if I get a letter or something from my brother? They also asked about loans…

I think the letter from your child minder will be fine. The letter I got from the creche wasnt even on headed paper.
