I'll definitely be tuning in to see "Mr Big", I like Chris in the role of Peter Florrick too. (The Good Wife) :)

According to his Twitter, Keith Barry will be on as well. Talking about apophenia.

Dara O'Briain is also on according to an ad before the news tonight. Must have a new DVD out. I always find it odd how he nevers comes across as being very funny in interviews, especially on the LLS - yet his live shows are superb.

Surprised Tommy Tiernan isn't on as he has a new DVD out. He hasn't done a live TV interview since the infamous interview in 2008 when Gerry Ryan hosted the LLS. Would be better to stick him on with Ballsy on Saturday though.

Have to disagree, I think PJ Gallagher is as funny as diarrhea.

Might tape it for Dara O'Briain, but I think I will give it a miss tomorrow.

I'm watching it for Noth, he's filming Titanic Blood and Steel, and I'm in that too, so I wanna see what he spills about it!

He was hosting the Golden Spider (Online) Awards in Dublin last night so he was in town anyway. I would love to see Dara hosting the LLS but it is never going to happen, his career seems to be going from strength to strength in the UK.

I'd have to doubt that actually. Mock the Week is dying on its feet since the loss of Frankie Howard and presenting the back up show to The Apprentice UK is no great shake!

Guys like Mickey Flanagan, John Bishop and others have risen very quickley and are presenting primetime shows on BBC1. Perhaps Dara is fine with what he has. Wonder was he ever really considered for the LLS and would he have taken it?

Dontcha mean Frankie Boyle? If it's Mock the Week v Carry On, I'll go with Dara & anyone over Frankie and Babs any day.

Dara has said in previous interviews that his life (for career and family reasons) is now in the UK. I couldn't imagine the LLS being presented by someone who flys in on a Friday to present it. He used to fly into Dublin on a Monday to record "The Panel" but he later admitted that he found it difficult to present such a topical show when he was no longer living in the country.

Has anyone here actually been "hypnotised" by keith Barry or is it a set up?

    :):):)

I would love to have seen Carry on Mock the Week with Frankie Howerd, Babs Windsor and Sid James

A bit of innuendo, just what that show needs. Naughty titters, ooh-er missus etc ...

Ah yes! I knew something wasn't quite right when I typed that out. I mistakenly conjoined Frankie Boyle and Russell Howard, who also disappeared from Mock the Week, and got Frankie Howard!

Still say Mike Murphy for the LLS. I watched the final episode of his excellent programme last night. Now could you imagine Tubridy discussing all those personal and tragic incidents that affected Barry McGuigan over his career?
