Kerosene tank cleaning

We're having a new heating system put into an old house we're renovating and the kerosene tank is actually only 12mnths old but the cap was left off it and as its under trees we're thinking it could probably do with a clean out before we put oil into it or start the boiler.

Any ideas of companies/person that will do this for us as we really don't know where to start, phoned council and they just said no sorry no idea.

Actually can't see any so if there is its only dregs. Just worried as the trees overhang it theres bound to be leaves and allsorts in it could do without it clogging up new boiler.

The safest way would be to locate your locally registered Oftec Engineer and ask him if he would do it for you.
