iPhone 3gs- turning off data roaming!?

Looking for a bit of help: my mother is abroad-wit her new iphone 3gs that she hasn't a clue how to work! Anyway, I forgot to turn off data roaming..it's prob off by default but just to make sure, can someone with an iphone tell me the menus to go through in order to get to the option to disable data roaming? Thanks
