Know next to nothing about tech stuff,so could do with some advice on a tech question.
On line people are saying that if you lower your firewall to low, MW3 multiplayer will work for those getting "server not available at the moment" message. MW2 plays perfect online at medium firewall setting.
Is it normal to have it set to low ,to play some online games?.

    Ps:its on the ps3

Have you forwarded the correct ports, I have heard that the PS3 is a b*tch to get working online. You set firewall to low on Eircom connections type 192.168.1.254 into your browsers address bar (not google search bar, the long one at the top) and hit enter. If asked for a login detail try admin/admin or admin/password, admin/1234 etc. Some modems are password of "broadband1". If you changed it obviously youll need to use the new one.
Click on the firewall left link and set to low. Then apply changes on modem and wait a few seconds
