Does anyone know when(if) the Community Welfare Section moved departments from the HSE to Social Protection?
I'm trying to advise someone on requesting an FoI and it's not clear who to write to in order to gain the personal records.

As you probably know, the transfer had been planned to reach completion by end of September of this year

but can't find anything confirming that the deadline was met.

The transfer has happened. CWOs are now referred (in the guidelines that have been updated since October) as DSP representatives rather than CWOs. FOI requests should go to DSP.
